Artists who submit a lot of art get to be in the Member Spotlight

Any submissions to contests will get to be in the gallery as well, and the winner gets to be the Featured Deviation

Contest
1. A collage... from sunrise to sunset (or night), depicting the sky in morning (sunrise), afternoon, sunset. (maybe even go into night and show the moon...) The winner could be picked by how much effort and talent has been put forth, and could be displayed on Featured Deviation.
